Born on the 12th November
2000 with an official document, The Fondazione Europea
Margherita got the legal recognition from the Prefecture
of Turin on the 10th April 2003 at the number

| The
aims |
The aims of the Foundation,
which is a no profit organization and pursues only social
solidarity, are:
A) to realize in Bibiana (To), Italy some exhibition
space for historical and artistic events, with a special
regard to local history and also as a place of aggregation
of youths, to promote artistic, cultural, historical and
environmental growth and the birth of a common European
awareness;
B) to promote cultural initiatives such as themed
exhibitions, debates, concerts and performances, both
with decisions by the Board of Directors, and with decisions
agreed with the Municipal Administration;
C) to look after the editing and the circulation
of publications, magazines and handbooks, and anything
needed for the realization of its activities;
D) to help the training and the valorization of
young artists, estabilishing students' grants for promising
young artists without economic means, who deserve help
in following up with their studies and in their creative
work;
E) to cooperate with Italian and international
artists, organizations and institutions having similar
characteristics;
F) to take all commercial initiatives to realize
the activities listed in this constitution and directly
connected to them.
