Awarding of study grants to young Russian artists and the founding of the Premio Margherita, an award to be given to a young composer.

Programmes concerning the Russian Federation:
The preparation in decoupage of a 18th century table with designs depicting scenes of Russian history by Eve Ollivero Donzino.
Once completed the table will be delivered to the General Consulate of Milan or to the Russian Ambassador in Rome, so that it may be sent to the Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.

The organising and awarding of study grants to young artists who will be chosen by Russian experts.
The awards, named "Premi Margherita" (Margherita Awards), consist of a cheque and a sculpture, that if necessary will be provided by the Fondazione Europea Margherita.

The awards will be given to:
- 1 painter
- 1 sculptor or sculptress
- 1 ballet dancer of the Ballet School of Moscow or St. Petersburg
- 1 musician who has composed a work based on the theme of peace and how it unites people
- 1 young film or television director
(Under Fondazione Margherita rules the competitors must be young, maximum thirty years old).
A suitable venue for the ceremony to take place i required, to be chosen by the authorities, and with the presence of President Vladimir Putin as to give the event the right international prominence. It is also to obtain support from sponsors, companies and organisations who intend to work in the Russian Federation.

At the present moment the Fondazione Europea Margherita, in collaboration with the Associazione "Onlus Aiutateci a salvare i bambini" (Onlus Help Save the Children Association) is organising exhibitions in Italian cities to raise funds for the Russian Pediatric Clinic of Moscow.

In conclusion all the help and support possible is needed from the Diplomatic Authorities in Italy so that the various events can take place as wished.
All in the interests of art, Russian culture and the children of the Pediatric Clinic.
